What is life coaching?

Life coaching is a supportive, empowering process that helps you gain clarity, shift limiting beliefs, and move toward the life you want to create.
It’s not about giving you answers—it’s about helping you discover the ones already inside you.

How is life coaching different from therapy or counselling?

Therapy often focuses on healing the past and addressing mental health.
Coaching is future-focused—we begin with where you are now and explore where you’re ready to go.
As a coach, I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and coaching is not a replacement for therapy.

How do I know if I need a life coach?

If you feel stuck, unclear, overwhelmed, or like you're meant for more but don't know where to begin—coaching may be for you.
If you're longing to feel aligned, creative, and yourself again, I’d love to walk with you.

What is the coaching process like? What happens during a session?

Each session is a collaboration.
You arrive as you are—with your questions, resistance, or uncertainty—and we begin there.

We explore what’s rising, what feels blocked, and what’s calling to be witness.
Along the way, I may offer thought work, intuitive prompts, reflective questions, journaling, or simple rituals—whatever supports your personal needs.

You don’t need to have a plan or goal when we begin—just a willingness to show up and see what unfolds.
That alone creates the shift.

What is the cost of life coaching?

I currently offer 1:1 sessions.
