Breath in together. When we breath together, we become one. WE as a collective, balance ourselves and promote unity at the same time. When we 𝘣𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘩 we acknowledge the self. We become present. It is time to become still together. It is time to acknowledge each other as ourselves.

This is a message to all. Every single one of us. We breath for the neighbour, the homeless, the criminal, the monk, the king... These labels do not define who we truely are on the inside. When we want diversity, we must breath into our own diversity. We must also breath into what we believe is non diversity. We must breath into who we are, that is a part of the whole. We must breath and acknowledge everyone to be one.

Breath everyone. Acknowledge all emotions. Feel the feeling. Be, simply be, and trust in your heart that when you acknowledge, you are in your true power. You are free.
